When you contact the studio, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, and information about a prospective student, including age, musical background, current teacher, goals, practice availability, and how you heard about the studio.

Families who enroll provide registration information and a signed studio policy agreement. For a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian signs the agreement. A student who is 18 or older signs for themself.

Inquiry information is used to respond, assess whether lessons may be a good fit, arrange a meeting or lesson, and communicate about studio services. Enrollment records are used to teach the student, administer lessons, communicate with the family, and maintain the studio's records.

Contact information is used only to run the studio. It is not published, sold, or shared outside the studio except as needed to operate lessons and events.

The contact page includes an inquiry form. What you enter in that form is transmitted to and stored by Netlify, the studio's website host, which keeps submissions on the studio's behalf and makes them available to the studio. Netlify's handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.

The website does not offer a newsletter signup. Email links open your own email service, whose handling of your message is governed by that service's terms and privacy practices.

The studio policy agreement permits Song Piano Studio to use a student's full name, photographs, video, audio, performances, audition and competition results, and college, university, or conservatory acceptances.

These materials may appear on songpianostudio.com, the studio's Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram accounts, printed programs and handouts, and information supplied to local news media.

This permission is a condition of enrollment and continuation of lessons. It cannot be declined in whole or in part. It remains in effect for as long as the studio keeps its records, including after the student has finished lessons, and the agreement does not provide a right to withdraw the permission.

This website does not use cookies or analytics tools. Like most websites, this site and its hosting provider may process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and the date and time of a request.

Links to Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram take you to services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices apply after you follow those links.
